The product allows an administrator to create a workflow used to track projects. Workflow elements are dragged from the toolbox onto the canvas. The administrator can then double-click each item and define parameters. Embedded workflows are also allowed. Once created, the workflow is saved as a template. The template is distributed to Project Managers who have the ability to refine the general template with data that is specific to their project. (Screenshot shown below)
